Mr. Arnold is a financial expert whose
experience with numerous public and private companies includes the
forestry, mining, technology and energy sectors. He has been a Director
of Thundermin since 1998. He is also a Director of Queenston Mining Inc.,
Geo Finance Corporation and Newport Gold Inc.
J. W. Gill – B.Sc., M.Sc., PhD. *
Dr. Gill is a mining consultant. He was
formerly President & CEO of Aur
Resources Inc., a mining company that he
founded in 1981. Under Dr. Gill’s
guidance, Aur became a profitable,
producing mining company which was sold
to Teck Cominco Limited in 2007. Dr.
Gill has been a Director of Thundermin
since 1983. He is also a Director of
TriAusMin
Limited.
H. D. Harbinson – B.A.
Mr. Harbinson is a mining executive,
with experience in the natural resource
sector, having served as a director
and/or senior officer with several dozen
public corporations since 1979. Mr.
Harbinson has been a Director of
Thundermin since 1998. He is also
a Director of Queenston Mining Inc.
J. B. Heslop – B.Sc., M.Sc.
Mr. Heslop is a professional geologist
and has been a Director and President &
CEO of Thundermin since 1987. He is also
a Director of McLaren Resources Inc.
P. N. McCarter – B.A., MBA, LL.B.

Mr. McCarter is a retired mining
executive. He was formerly Executive
Vice-President, Corporate Affairs of Aur
Resources Inc. Mr. McCarter has been a
Director of Thundermin since 1983. He is
also a Director of Avalon Rare Metals
